Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time depends on your location and begins once your order has been dispatched. Please see the estimated delivery times for your country:

🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
🌍 International: 10–21 business days
During peak times or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. If shipping worldwide, unexpected customs delays could also impact the delivery timeframe.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.
If we detect issues with your shipping details, our team will email you for verification within 3 business days of your order being placed. If no response is received within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us at hello@cozyta.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to make changes, we cannot guarantee updates after this timeframe.
Delayed Delivery
At Cozyta, we understand the importance of receiving your order on time. However, delays can occur due to external factors such as:

- Courier or customs delays.
- Address verification or payment processing issues.
We will notify you promptly if any delays occur and will work with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery. Please note that we are not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, but we will do everything we can to assist and keep you updated.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@cozyta.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
We recommend filing a claim with the courier company, as most have processes for lost or stolen packages. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates.
Please note: Cozyta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, as these are beyond our control. While we do not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
